After having lived in Australia for almost 2 years,
I still had not seen a kangaroo in the wild. Then my parents visited and we went to Emerald Beach. The first day we were there we did not manage
to see any kangaroos. Then right before we were planning on leaving, we saw a whole group of them on top of the hills and cliffs that were overlooking the beach. We managed to get close enough
to them to get some nice close up
photographs of them!
