JaxJin is a family-owned business that is located on a horse property in Somersby in the Mangrove Mountain area. The brand JaxJin was created when a husband and wife stumbled into the gin business by chance. It all started with a love for drinking gin, which turned into getting a distillery and finally creating the JaxJin brand.
The farm on which the gin is created was originally called ‘Lot 01
the crown’. Since the fact that this brand was family owned was really important for the clients, the original name was incorporated into the new JaxJin brand. This was done by creating a crown illustration as well as adding a company brand relating back
to the original lot name.
